Mission
“At Peak Ultra, my mission is simple — make trail running a lifestyle. I help runners build healthy habits, push beyond their limits, and improve every aspect of their lives through the sport they love.”

About Me
I used to live for the Friday beer after work which would end in a weekend of binge drinking and hangovers, somewhere along the way that crept into weeknights. My energy was shot. I wasn’t just tired — I was running on empty, and I knew something had to change.
So I made a choice: quit alcohol and cigarettes cold turkey, and point everything toward something bigger. A 100-mile trail ultra marathon. It sounds insane when you say it out loud — especially when you’re starting from nearly zero. But I was done half-living. I needed to prove to myself that transformation was possible. Eighteen months later, I crossed that finish line.

That’s why I coach. Because I know what it takes. Not the flashy heroics or the burnout cycles — but consistency. The right plan, meeting you where you actually are, moving you forward one honest week at a time. No shortcuts, no false promises. I’m UESCA certified, but more importantly, I’ve lived this transformation myself. I know the terrain. And I want to guide others through it too.

Runner Stories
“I’m a pretty busy executive, so sticking to a training plan has always been tough for me. Belt Buckle coaching ended up being exactly what I needed. The coach adjusted my plan on the fly whenever work got chaotic, and the communication was quick and straightforward. I never felt like I was trying to squeeze my life into a rigid schedule. By race day, I felt genuinely prepared for my first trail half marathon and ended up PR’ing my half marathon time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
